Structured capability for automotive compliance

Yes. From an engineering and quality standpoint, we are equipped to support full PPAP (up to Level 3) and formal FAI for automotive customers, encompassing machined, assembled, and functional components. Our process begins with stable production routes built on a controlled CNC machining service platform, where process capability, tool life, and dimensional trends are validated before submission. For critical threads, bores, sealing faces, and mating geometries, production parameters are locked using dedicated fixtures and documented control plans aligned with OEM or Tier-1 requirements.

PPAP and FAI packages typically include process flow diagrams, PFMEA, control plans, dimensional reports, capability studies, material certifications, equipment calibration records, and, where required, functional/pressure test results. For new programs, FAI is integrated into early runs so that once approved, the same validated process window is maintained in SOP and serial delivery.

How machining and inspection support robust PPAP / FAI

To ensure repeatability on safety- and performance-critical parts, we utilize specialized processes, including high-stability precision machining services, interpolation via CNC milling services, and accurate port and thread generation using CNC turning services. New programs are proven through CNC machining prototyping, enabling us to optimize dimensions, GD&T, and gauging methods before formal submission.

Surface conditions specified in drawings are included in FAI and ongoing controls. For hydraulic and powertrain parts, we validate sealing and functional faces using controlled machining surface finish criteria. Where cosmetic or corrosion requirements apply, finishing routes such as a defined CNC part painting solution are documented as part of the PPAP file.

Materials, applications, and documentation scope

Automotive PPAP and FAI support extends across typical industry materials and use cases. This includes stainless hydraulic and chassis components in Stainless Steel (SUS304), structural and shaft parts in 1045 steel, lightweight brackets, housings, and motor bodies in Aluminum (6061), precision connector or valve bodies in Brass (C360), and functional plastic parts or overmold bases in engineering polymers such as ABS.

These capabilities are applied to platforms in Automotive braking, steering, e-mobility cooling, and fluid control systems, as well as complex assemblies and manifolds for Industrial Equipment integrated into OEM supply chains, and precision mechanisms in Consumer Products where automotive-grade traceability is required. For each case, documentation, sample retention, and change management processes are aligned with customer-specific requirements, ensuring full visibility from design freeze to mass production.
